Clinical Meaning（临床代表什么）
若伴头晕、易怒、头痛胀，多见肝阳上扰；若伴腰膝酸软、夜尿多、畏寒，可考虑肾虚；若热象强，则要防肝火上炎。

Tinnitus does not belong to Kidney alone. In exam stems, it often becomes meaningful only after you read the accompanying head symptoms, cold/heat signs, and tongue/pulse.
