A pale tongue and thin pulse are classic findings.
Differentiation
Compared with Yin Deficiency, heat signs are usually absent. Compared with Blood Stasis, the problem is insufficiency rather than blockage.
Pitfall / Exam Tip
If pale tongue, thin pulse, and dizziness cluster together without clear heat signs, move Blood Deficiency near the top of the differential.
